Sofia Auto Service facility

Sofia Auto JSC owns the largest service facility of Cadillac, Corvette, HUMMER, ÎpelChevrolet and HiSUN in southeast Europe with more than 14 000 sq.m. of service are and a modern showroom.  The location is 5 km away from the centre of Sofia and it is easily accessible. The built-in area is 8 000 sq.m. and it is divided into the following sectors which are equipped with modern machinery and instruments:

 

  • Customer reception, café and a restaurant  
  • Adjustment of the geometry of front and rear axle
  • Oil changes and lubrication services (inc. filter changes)
  • Engine diagnostics
  • Tire changes, tire tread and pressure checks
  • Basic washing
  • Washing of the vehicle exterior and interior
  • Repair of electric installations and electronics
  • Mechanics - heavy damages
  • Air-conditioning checks
  • Aggregate department
  • Body services
  • Paint services (inc. polishing and pasting of the vehicle surface)
  • Chamber for fast drying after painting for passenger cars and commercial vehicles
  • Spare parts and accessories shop, tuning
  • Showroom for presentations and sale of new vehicles
  • Department for annual technical checks according to the Bulgarian laws
  • Administrative offices
  • Stocks under customs control

Working hours 

 

Always at the convenience of customers - every day from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m., Saturdays - from 9.00 a.m. until 6 p.m.; the facility is closed on Sundays; Option for a ‘door-to-door' service. 

 

Qualification of personnel

 

The team of highly qualified specialists of the service facility performs the full range of vehicle repair services in line with the technologies and technical requirements of the manufacturers.  We offer service maintenance and repairs to vehicles other then the Cadillac, Corvette, HUMMER, Îpel and Chevrolet brands. Products and technologies of world-famous brands are used in the paint services. 

 

Training of personnel

 

Sales assistants, service advisors, warranty administrators, technicians are enrolled and trained in a system established by General Motors and called GM Academy. Various types of trainings are held - web-based, instructor based and virtual courses.

The company organizes other trainings of the personnel as well.
