Rent-a-car

GENERAL TERMS

The price includes:
- Unlimited mileage
- CASCO insurance
- Third Party Liability Insurance
- Service maintenance
- Replacement of the vehicle in case it has had a breakdown
- Paid road taxes – vignette
- Insurance of the seats of the vehicle
- Child seat, snow chains when these are ordered in advance

Payment:

The payment of the whole rent period is made at the time the vehicle is rented. All other additional payments, if necessary, are made when the vehicle is returned. The payment is made in cash, by a bank transfer or by credit card.

Deposit:

When the vehicle is rented a deposit is paid ranging from 150 to 400 EUR depending on the class of the vehicle.

The deposit is reimbursed when the vehicle is returned and a check is made which establishes if there are any lacks or damages of the vehicle for which a protocol from the competent authorities has not been presented.

Delivery/Pick-up:
The delivery or the pick-up of the vehicle can be made in any town in Bulgaria after an appointment is made in advance.

Delivery within Sofia is free.
Delivery outside Sofia is paid by 0.24 €/km
When delivery/pick-up is made before or after regular office hours, additional tax is paid equal to 12 €.

Fuel:

The vehicle is rented with a full tank and is returned by the Lessee with a full tank. When the tank is not full, the missing fuel is paid at 1,50 €/liter.

Hiring a driver:
The company offers professional drivers who can be hired at 20 €/day.
When a driver is hired for driving outside Sofia for more than 1 day, the accommodation of the driver is covered by the Lessee.

Requirements towards the Lessee
The Lessee should hold a valid driving license issued two years ago at least and valid identity documents (identity card, passport).

Minimal age of the driver – 22 years

Obligations of the Lessee:
If a road accident occurs, the Lessee is obliged to immediately inform the company and the Traffic Police Authorities so that a protocol is made.

In case that the vehicle is stolen, the Lessee is obliged to immediately inform the company and s/he should present the control certificate and the key of the vehicle.
In case of loss, destruction or theft of a key, a registration certificate or a registration plate of the vehicle, the costs are paid by the Lessee.
